Welcome to our community of dedicated educators and support professionals who bring our school to life.
Each member of our team brings a wealth of experience, a deep commitment to nurturing every child’s potential, and a shared belief in creating a warm, aspirational learning environment. Together, we work to ensure every young person feels supported, challenged, and inspired.
Our Senior Leadership Team provides strategic direction and day-to-day leadership across the school. They are responsible for driving high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring safeguarding and inclusion, and supporting staff and pupils to achieve the best possible outcomes in line with Trust priorities.

- I’ve been Headteacher at Hillsborough for the past eight years and am committed to ensuring every child feels safe, happy, and enjoys learning. Prior to this role, I worked as a Headteacher, Assistant Headteacher, and SENCO. Hillsborough is a special, welcoming place where every child can shine, and I’m proud to work with a strong leadership team dedicated to continually improving learning for all pupils and supporting our wider school community.

- I’ve had the privilege of being part of Hillsborough School for over twenty years, teaching across Key Stage 2, including many rewarding years in Year 6. As a member of the leadership team, I’m fortunate to support and see learning take place across the school. I’m passionate about ensuring no child is left behind and that both academic learning and wider experiences help prepare pupils for the next stage of their journey.

- I am an experienced Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Early Years and Key Stage 1. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels valued. Developing confidence and self-belief in young learners is central to my approach, and I aim to make learning engaging, meaningful, and fun so all children can flourish both academically and personally.

- I’ve spent most of my career at Hillsborough, which truly feels like home. As a member of the Leadership Team, SENCO, and Safeguarding Lead, I’m passionate about ensuring every child gets the support they need to shine. I especially enjoy working with pupils facing barriers to learning and supporting families so we can help children reach their full potential together.Outside of school, I love travelling, reading, gardening, spending time with my family—and you’ll often find me in a coffee shop with a good coffee.
Our teachers are committed professionals who deliver high-quality teaching and learning for all pupils. They plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons, assess progress effectively, and work closely with colleagues and families to support every child’s academic and personal development.
